Iyka’s Master Professional Services Agreement with CDW Logistics, Inc. and it’s affiliates (collectively CDW) provides the following specialized services to CDW customers as CDW:

• Professional IT services (Application development, maintenance & Support, Help Desk)
• Resale of Equipment
• IT Security Services
• IT consulting / Staffing services in following areas:
  • Application Development
  • Database Administration
  • Solutions Architecture
  • Program Management
  • Technical Support
  • Security Management

Iyka is in agreement with CDW to provide highest quality services to it’s private and public sector customers under terms andconditions established with it’s customers.
